Hunteropel. What's taken all the deer out around there?

Couple more weeks! Gettin close. Just ordered some new camo tonight from predator camo. Looks like it should be good stuff. Hope it's not back ordered.

I am fine with that, nice and short and to the point.
Well lastnight was my last night at work for awhile, I got transferred a few months ago to one of the companies I work withs Rock quarries, The first night there I seen a really nice buck, I worked the 5pm to 5am shift, so I asked the boss and he says that they have 200 acres and no one hunts it, 60 employees and no deer hunters, 3 duck hunters, so I ask to hunt and he said only bow, which is cool cause that is all I do, so now I ride around there in the mornings when I get off work and have seen 2 monsters.. so only 15 days to go and we will see, I can concentrate on that spot for 15 days till our season opens here..

    Bad news

Well guys my small private hunting area just minutes outside of Green Bay may have just taken a hit. Several neighbors around the property have reported a Cougar chasing deer through the fields and down the roads in the last week. This could really screw up my hunt. I will be going out to check my cameras this weekend and will post pictures. Hopefully it doesnt have all the deer run out of my little honey hole.

Took a trip out to the lease to clear shooting lanes and cut deer trails near four stands. Cam check showed does and fawns, no bone.

Nice....more is more when it comes to practice.

Thought of another name....it's a play on an old Terrible Ted song: " Backstrap Fever"

We could could place the words in an arch above a kettle grill.
