    Jrvs23 checking in.

My name is James and i hunt in south central WI. I have a few small spots to hunt and a new one that I'm really excited about right next to my work. Looks like we are going to have a good team with all the pics so far. I just won my first camera at my archery clubs banquet and amvlooking forward to getting some pics on my new spot. Tree stands are going up this weekend. I would normally have them up earlier but this summer has been hell!

A little twist on a name you guys have suggested is "Slingin shafts for Big Racks". Whatever you guys decide is fine with me.

Good luck and safe hunting to everyone!

Lots of us will be out on 15-16 Sept. FWIW, the solunar tables have both days as 5 stars. Hunting a new lease with lots of stands up in Argyle WI. No moon on 15th...wanna have laugh follow me and my old man eyes as I stumble about trying finding my stand on opening morning. Will be sure to text in any worthwhile activity.

free zip code adjusted solunar tables available at: huntfishsport.com

I am getting alittle worried, we have deer dropping around here like flies, I have heard of over 100 found in the last few days and 2 of my monsters are MIA for around 3-4 days and we usually see them daily. It wont stop till a hard frost and they dont perdict that till Nov 1st..May be a real rough season....:confused::confused::confused:

Sorry to hear about the conditions there and the deer, that's brutal! Knowing you though you'll find a needle in the hatstack and nail another wall hanger. Best of luck to you this season Opel.

Hey guys, Eric checking in here! Sorry I'm late to the party, I was up in the U.P. the last week on vacation. I hunt in northwest Indiana and I have roughly around 400 acres of private land on 8 different properties. I have a couple nice bucks on camera so far and should definately be able to have an opportunity at a 130" or better.

Its good to be on Team 1, we are team 1 for a reason. Some of you guys have some real studs running around. I think its going to be a great year for us!

Here are some bucks I have on camera so far this year. I had both of these guys on camera last year. Halftime won't score good at all but he is a big ole mature whitetail buck none the less.

I will be checking my cameras this weekend, so we will see if anything new shows up.

Darn good animals Eric. I haven't tooled around on the "lesser team" sights, but I can't believe thay can have so many members with pics of trophy bucks. Another thing in our favor is the fact that we are all (or most of us) hunting private land.

I also like All I See Is Antler.

It pretty much sums up everything for me from September through the end of shed season, haha.

Dang, if any of you guys like the Army, "The Big Red One" would make a great team name. I can see the graphics now: A 3D number 1 with blood splattered all over it and around it. :tu:

Good luck, guys! HunterOpel, I really do hope that your big shooters make it through this okay.
