This was the first buck that I have killed that I would have liked to do a shoulder mount on but couldn't afford it at the time so I did this myself instead. I'm pleased with how it turned out. [IMG]

Here are some of ours that are hanging at my parents farm house. I have my '06, '09, and '12 archery kills here. Also there are 3 gun kills from my dad and the sheds of a giant buck he was hunting way back in the day. I have 2 more mounts of a public land 8 pt I killed when I was 13 and a gun 8 pt when I was 16, but they aren't out here.

Great picks keep them coming! I have 1 buck, 1 turkey and a raccoon on the way. All shot with bow. Can't wait for them to be done!

Sent from a note in a bottle.

I'll add some more later on. I have a turkey that will be done next week, an otter with a bluegill this summer, and a buck this summer. I also have my euro of my buck this year that I haven't hung up yet. And I'm also going to be adding a euro display of all the different species of animals that I trap. I'm waiting on warmer weather to start on the skulls though. My wife wanted me to get a bobcat mounted that I caught the other day, but I'm going to have it tanned instead. She wants more and more taxidermy in the house.
