Pretty much the same for me. But then again working construction and being laid off most of deer season is a good enough pay off.
I used mine to pay for my CCW class and I ordered the Glock 42. Other than those two I'll just try to save it for bills.
Yeah, we got a few in the store a few weeks back, sold them all before the day was over. I'll enjoy carrying that over something more bulky.
I was supposed to get a nice return but I just found out that according to the state I owe back child support(Which I do not) so the IRS has sent my $2000 refund to the state of IL. So now I have to go through the long process of proving that in fact it is my money and not my ex's. Wondering if it might be easier to just forget it. I had planned on paying for my lease and purchasing a new pistol with it.
Still waiting on my K1 form . If I get any back, it's going straight to my wife's student loans. Sent from Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1
My jobless ex husband thought he was going to demand my husband and my income tax return and wanted a copy of said return. He was told if he wants an income tax, he must work! You don't get privy to someone else's taxes LOSER! We will be buying hand guns when it comes in.
We paid off some credit cards, one of my student loans and most of one of my wife's student loans. Sent from my SAMSUNG Infuse 4G
I will be the first to wish you good luck. I worked with IL Dept of Revenue for 7 months through last years tax season and there were people that had this problem that sounded like a nightmare. Health and Family Services is really hard to get through to this time of year and you'll likely speak with several incompetent people. That being said, don't give up... that's exactly what the state is hoping you'll do.
I agree....they get 4 checks a year from me....i send in my K-1 and estimated payment slips and call it done.....writing them a small check if need be is better than a refund to me.....that money has already been in retirement savings or other investments collecting at least some sort of return....or it is all invested in bow hunting equipment and is looking at a horrible depreciation......however you want to look at it.....regardless....it's mine for the whole year Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
I agree giving them extra sounds crazy. But savings accts have such low rates these days putting it there doesnt get far. Plus, this is my spending money, not my life savings. I pay a ton extra into it so I have something to look forward to in the boring, slow moving, no hunting and fishing winter haha.
probably just going to send it in... I doubt I get much back from my tax refund though. I've never received more than a few hundred back. Curious to see how adding a kid changes it. Although I've never understood the people who act like it is horrible if you get a large refund. God forbid those people miss out on that $4 worth of interest.
Ditto Not to make light of that, but this made me laugh for some reason. Sounds like you're buying handguns because of your ex lol.
haha my point exactly. If they didnt take it right from my check, I probably would have spent more then the $4 anyway. This way I get a bulk check to get ready for hunting or fishing or vacations or whatever. Its my spending acct haha.
This ^^^^^^. Cause interest rates are so awesome these days. I will get a huge chunk back again this year and I like it that way. Oh and to answer the question. Windows for the house.
