I have developed target panic/trigger punching. I was told there was a trigger release available that you pull the trigger back while drawing the bow and release the trigger forward to send the arrow. Creating a release motion similar to finger releasing. Does anyone know of any manufacturer making this style release?

Winn makes a glove style release that you pull the trigger while drawing the bow and then relax your finger to release it.

Thank you for the information. I found out Winn Archery is no longer manufacturing the C-12 relax release. It is available on ebay only until supplies are gone. I am looking forward to trying this release, I ordered one today.

I received my Winn relax release today. I like the relax action, but my point of impact moved down 6 inches, and left 8 inches. I shot several groups and they all had the same point of impact. The release mechanism is different from the caliper style release I was shooting. It rolls out of the way, from left to right, and I am wondering if that is what is moving the impact. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I saw a caliper type release at a competition last night that was punch proof. If you punched the trigger it locked shut but if you squeezed the trigger it would release. IDK what the name was though.

I shot the C-12 Winn again tonight, and my groups are getting tighter, but they are still 6 inches low and left about 4 inches. I did discover that the release can be cocked sideways if you are putting too much pressure on the trigger. I worked with a string loop inside tonight, and found I have to concentrate to keep the release straight, before releasing. I cant wait to try it again tomorrow. If I can not stop the kicking left, I will try a caliper style that will give me a straight release. Wish I knew what that one was you saw at the competition.

Scott archery makes the Deluxe little bitty goose that comes with multiple interchangeable triggers, one of which is the spring trigger that is punch proof. You might check that out.

Correction: All Scott Deluxe releases come with the spring trigger.
