I recently purchased Bowtech Carbon Knight and I talked them into 6 arrows when I purchased it. They were Victory VForce 350s. (To be honest I really don't know what that means.) Are these sufficient for hunting or are these more target arrows? What is the difference? Should I invest in arrows I only use for hunting?
Here's what I found - I bought some Bass Pro X5 Envy arrows and some Maxima Red arrows. The X5s shoot close enough to the Maxima arrows for practice with field points. However, the Maxima arrows fly much more truer for me when using broad heads. Your mileage may vary, but I don't mind losing or damaging a cheaper arrow during practice as much as a more expensive one. You can work on form and consistency with a cheaper arrow, as long as you verify it is close enough. But you also need to put the time in with your hunting arrows too.
