FYI - we upgraded the Tapatalk component this morning to the latest version and enabled push notifications so you can get notices on your mobile device when you get a PM, etc.

Please post in this thread if you are having any problems with Tapatalk so we can look into it.

    Thanks!

Do we need to do anything on our end? Or is it automatic?

I haven't been able to open the forums on my iPhone for about a week now. It shows the threads, but when I open one up, it's just blank.

Try logging out and then logging back in. I had the same problems which were resolved with the upgrade.

Well then you have nothing to worry about. Some people weren't getting them - hence the upgrade.

That didn't work. I had to uninstall the app and reload it. This happens once every few weeks.

Go to your settings, thread, reset, and click clear cache. That's what fixes my blank thread issues. That's how it works on tapatalk 2, it might be different for tapatalk 1

Justin I running Tappa and Tappa2, I was unable to load posts on 2, I will re install it and see if its working better.

Still no luck, open a post on Tapp2 and it comes up as a network error. Original tappa works fine.
