I like counting the up comers... I'm actually excited about the next few years. Some solid 8's,10's and a coyp!e of 12pts. and sixes, several forks. Tonight there were 5 spikes mostle 5-7 but one solid 12+ in. either a 6 and bigger 8pt. Many buttons around as well. Enjoy the now but have fun envisioning the future.

Old, I've hunted for years seeing the same thing.
Many 100xs of private acres, only to see they nice 3 year old 130ish types bucks disappear.
    So common now its weird?

Speaking of just watched the big ten breed a doe and she was the " aggressor ". He was hanging with a big 8 ,6 and fork when a big doe approached him. She rubbed along side of him then she stood licking his face. He started nose poking her and she turn while he mounted her. She was the only doe in the field tonight.
I know of and have mentioned our early breedings here. We get late late ones as well. There is a recent fawn that barely comes up to moms thigh muscle and fully spotted.
First time EVER I've seen a doe go to a buck like that.

I've mentioned a few times we get Sept breedings but for the doe to walk across the field to him and act as she did...surprised me!! I first thought it was a button buck but as she got closer I could make out the size beween them. She licked and licked his face before he started aggressively poking at her.
