I have never seen either of these bucks before. No pictures from previous years, and no sightings by anyone that I know of. These are also the only pics I had of them when I pulled the card today. If you take the pictures and zoom in some, you can really get a much better view of their headgear.

The rack of the first buck is a little hard to make out with the angle, but wanted to see what others could see on his rack. The 2nd buck looks to be a main frame 10 pointer, with a kicker off his G-2, and some very tall brow tines.

WOW! Those are two great bucks! Thanks for sharing the pics. I'm hoping to get something worth posting as well.

My Monitor must be going, I can't seam to get it light enough to see anything but eyeballs in the first picture. Nice buck in the second picture though, My wife is going to be hunting one almost like it with a good flyer off the RS G2 right by the house here. Hers don't have good brows like yours though. Good luck with them Scott.

Best of luck to your wife on her buck too. Hopefully come Oct. 1st I will have a better view of this guy.

Are you positive they are different deer? The racks look pretty similar to me just from different sides and not being able to see the dropper.

No I am not positive at all. I actually thought looking at them in the field on my digital camera that they were the same deer, but when I blew them up on the computer I wasn't able to see that point coming off his G-2 in pic #1.

Really looking over it with it zoomed in, I do see where you are picking up on some similarites. I'm having a hard time making out exactly what is going on in that 1st picture, but I am kind of able to make out the tall left brow, and the same right side (minus the kicker).

They're definately different bucks and both look sweeeeet! Here's a side by side comparison showing they are not the same. Like you said #1 is missing the flyer.

Thanks for the side by side IV. I want them to be 2 different bucks, but I also see the similarities minus the flyer. Anyone think it's possible that the picture angle may be somehow hiding it in the first pic?

No way Scott that flyer would stick out like a sore thumb in the first pic if it was there. And buck #2 looks to be older in the facial features.

Those are some smaller Pope & Youngs so you should let me come over and shoot one of them. I am still looking for my first Pope & Young and would love to shoot one of those. That way I can have room to beat that score again! What you think? HE HE HE! Those are some giants! Nice bucks!
