I posted this in another section but i figured id ask here as well to see if you guys could help me. My buddy is from Wisconsin, but has lived here in Minnesota for about 6-8 months he still has a wisconsin drivers license he wants to hunt here in minnesota though will he have to get a non resident tag even though he has been living here more than 6 months ?
