This morning before work. 6 arrows 2 rounds. 23 yards (backyard bear) flat Shot about 6" high an 2" right with a half inch group. Time to paper tune and re sight. New string.
Got my bow back last night with the new string set built by Bow String Depot!! Limbs and axles all greased and oiled and ready to rock!! Shot a couple arrows at 20 yards to check alignment!! Will fine tune when weather breaks!
I've thrown some bird seed in the yard and was shooting sparrows and starlings with a judo point, does that count! Yesterday I shot 3 arrows at 60,about a 6" group and then 2 at 40 hit good with one and slung the other about 2" to the right. Then shot 5 at 20 and put all of them in the black but one and then shot 3 at 40 and they all hit good. Shooting sparrows helps I shoot almost everyday.
6 arrows 3 sets 10 yards (in my garage) Sitting, standing Grade: A Felt good today, getting settled with my release, consistency is getting way better. Just taking each shot like its on a shooter, slow, steady, concentrated.
Got up to the range and slung a few arrows after school today 3 Arrows 10-15 rounds (didnt keep track) 20-40 yards Flat Shot okay....grade B
4 rounds of 4 arrows at 20,30, and 40 yards flat. Pretty happy with the results! I can't believe how much smoother this thing shoots after a tune up and new string set!!!
6 arrows 3 sets 10 yards (garage) B+ I started shooting 5 field tips and one broad head just to make sure I am hitting consistent Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
7 arrows. 4 sets 10 yards Been working my shoulders to build up strength and I was holding back and I got into the valley and accidentally pulled the trigger and stuck one in the garage wall. So fixed that and kept slinging. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well... your not the only one.. HaHaHahahaha! I shot one a week or so back .. WRONG! ... hit the wall and had to climb a tree to get what was left.
Six Arrows 73 Yards 4 Rounds Flat First round reminded me why we need to shoot often Last round was awesome and a good place to stop for a bit. Grade B-
Me and my son had a little shoot in the yard yesterday. I took a piece of cardboard and drew some "vitals" on it with a pencil so we couldn't see it but were able to "score" out shots. We then picked each others spot to shoot. 10 for a heart, 8 for a lung/liver and 5 for anything on the target. 20 arrows. I shot a 182. Lots of fun. The only down side is I created a monster I think, I've got a feeling I'm going to get hounded to do that everyday!
