9 straight days anywhere much less a state like Iowa? I hunt a lot but it is usually a 1/2 day here and a 1/2 day there kind of deal. That is great. I wish you luck and look forward to a report at the end of the hunt and/or some updates as it progresses.
I think Troy could see more bucks in ONE day than he does in a season chasing the mountain bucks. After speaking with you Troy, I know there is a reverence for the midwest for you, and I wish you the best of luck in your trip. Are you taking the video camera? Looking forward to at least some hero shots!:D
Taking the camera, yup, filming myself for the most part. Long as the weather is decent. Gonna see for myself why the Wensels packed up from North Western Montana and moved to Iowa! LOL
Working on a couple new properties now, perhaps you'll have to come to WI in a couple years. I don't know about IA, but things should be rolling right along there when you get there based on the rut status here. I think you're in for some pretty wild action.
