Just wondering if anyone out there has had repeated success with any of the synthetic scents out there?? So far, any thing I've seen is that they smell it once out of curiosity, then never again. What I mean by repeated success is say you make a mock scrape and the same(and/or other) buck keeps coming to it.I've had many bucks over the years take over mock scrapes when natural scent has been used.

Check out some of my brothers mock scrape threads, I believe that is what he uses.

I had good luck with Buck Fever Synthetic scents a few years ago in mock scrapes. Switched over to Tinks Power Scrape last season with mixed results and back to Buck Fever this season with mixed results. Two seasons ago I had a few things work in my favor, the property I hunted was logged the season before which resulted in more browse, this accounted for a population with a lot of upper age class bucks, 3-1/2 and older. The last two seasons although I did have some older bucks, just not the numbers. I'm beginning to see that age structure has more to do with sign use than the type of product used.
