only have used them with my crossbows, real nice blood trails, short walks to the deer. I have only one complaint, the screw strips easy to replace the blades. They blow right through deer, there not kidding about angled shots. Plus, right now on ebay, you can get 3 packs for like 22.00, Been ordering them as I go. My martin onza3 shoots them real close to my field points, but haven't hunted with them on a compound bow yet.

My profile pic was my arrow and the blood at the shot on my last deer last season at 32 yards.

I have used them, 1 pkg, on hogs only. I shot three hogs and recovered two. I got good blood on the two I recovered. The one I lost was all my fault, bad shot way to far back and to high. If it had been cooler I might have tried harder to find the pig but after coming up on two rattle snakes and still no blood, I quit.

I prefer Muzzy MX4's for everything and they have not failed me once when I did my thing. If I was going to go to a mechanical head they would be my second choice, Grim Reapers being my first. Just my opinion which is worth what you paid for it.

They are a good head, I just got tired of buying the replacement rubber bands.

Couple different threads on here that talk about them. I used them last year for the first time. Both of my deer fell within 50 yards. I am very happy with them. I will be using them again this year. Like I have said on here a couple of times, put one in your hand and you will see a difference. They might be ugly, but very rigid and useable after hitting bone.

I've heard rumors that if you put this head through both lungs the deer will die...that is of course hearsay possibly...hmmm..
