Sometimes you just get lucky and find a sweet deal. I have been scouring around looking for stands that I can just hang all season without breaking the bank. Came across this today. Stand is like brand new. Guy bought it last year and didn't realize what a pain a steel stand is carrying in and out. He used it like 2-3 times and that was it. I got the stand, harness, tree strap, 12 screw in pegs and a small carrying bag for $40!!!! I checked it all over and no issues. Guy was real legit. I have all his info. It was an older guy so the story lines up. I already hung the stand at like 2' off the ground and made sure it was all good and looked everything over. Once in a while you just get lucky. The stand alone is $80 new when it's on sale!

Wow great deal! I just picked up that same stand on sale a few weeks ago from ****s sporting goods, so far I really like it.

Does your seat have the support bar underneath of it? It is hard to tell from the picture

Yeah it does. I sat on it and t didn't bother me. I didn't even even stretch the seat out enough to hit the bar. I gotta do a long sit to see. ****s sells the seat pads. If it hurts I'll grab one of those and use it on top.

Great find. I'm always looking for deals on craigslist. It's usually just a bunch of old climbers.

I found these the other day. Reg $250 on sale for $150 Cdn. I originally wanted a lone wolf but cabellas stopped carrying them in Canada. These stands seem very similar except they have a twin post instead of a single post. They have adjustable seat and platform angles which is pretty cool. Have sat one evening in one so far and seem to be rock solid so far. ImageUploadedByBowhunting.com Forums1473557406.660611.jpg

Yeah. You aren't kidding. I have looked through so many over priced climbers that have the triangular support in the rear and wood platforms. It's insane how many are out there and how much people want for them.
