Tonight i went to the same spot ive been going to and seeing only the same 6 doe and fawns every time. Well, we have a hog problem and I try to get out of my blind early enough where i can get out of the brush while i can barely see because of all the hogs. Tonight I hopped out of my blind and look over about 60 yards on our wheat field is a buck a 120" class 8 point. So I decide to chance the hogs and sit back in my blind til its gets dark. He which i named 120 starts running toward in front of my blind but I wont shoot this guy cause he'll be better and he looks like a 2.5 year old. He stops about 40 yards in front of my stand and looks back. All i see is rack coming over the lil drop off of our wheat field and he comes up strutting his stuff. So now i have 6 doe and fawns about 70 yards in front of me 120 40 yards in front of me and who i named grady a 140" 10 point (to young still) about 60 yards to my right. Grady trotts to my 120 and there about 50 yards to my right front now and its pretty dark but the moons bright and still a little light when they both throw their heads high and look back to where they both came from. What i believe to be a high 150 low 160 i think he had 10-12 points came up 60 yards away from me walking to the other bucks. He had the whitest horns ive ever seen so i named him whitey. Well whitey walks about 50 yards away and he is walking like he would to fight. Whitey and Grady go head to head for about 30 seconds before Whitey whips him and tosses him outta the way. Going back in the morning and hoping they come back out. I havent been there for a morning sit yet but im hoping to sling my first arrow ever at a animal.
