I live in Barneveld, if anyone is interested in driving down together let me know. I don't know yet if I will come down for the day or camp overnight yet but gas ain't cheap so hit me up if you want to split it!
Your only 2 hours away which isn't to bad. You are probably going to be one of the closer people to it! Sure as it gets closer you will be able to find someone to ride with or tag along with you!
WiRutJunkie, I will be most likely going down Thursday night to camp for a couple days, attend our Staff Meetings, and of course the Get Together shoot!
I don't think I can swing that many days off. Gotta have some left over for the rut and possibly a sandhills hunt this fall. Ill probably just go down for the day and if I have too much fun just sleep in the truck.
