    Well, ive been home from right shoulder surgery for 4 days. I can almost bring my arm up to an inch out of sling. Gonna be a long recovery, killing me, but I had to get it done!!! Doc says 3-4 month recovery, hopefully i`m a fast healer!!! :p

    I've been doing this instead of surgery. Had my second treatment this afternoon.
