    5 week later I am in bad pain trying work out too much they tell me, I think they missed the the mark they tell give them six months. I will be in a wheel chair by then.going back in for a checkup

    Man, sorry to hear that UM. I hope you feel better soon. They told me no working out (weights)for at least 4-6wks I believe. I MAY get on the eliptical at most next week, as they want me walking, but they put a 10# max lift restriction on me for the first two weeks. I have a follow up in 4 wks so I'll have more info to go on then, based on how i progress by then I guess. So far (fingers crossed) I've still not had any pain, other than a very minor stiffness in the back of the neck and shoulders, which they told me to expect.

    Take it easy if you can and rest. I hope that you feel better and that your appt goes well.
