    that is stupid cheap because the state wide avg is about $10 an acre..

    I live in Cumberland county. That's where this lease is. I've got hunting buddies who have leases in Smith and Clay counties. They paid $5 bucks an acre. Smith county is full of deer. Its unit L.

    Not sure where those counties are. West TN? I heard its s little more out that way. Honestly, around here its not what I would call very hard to find farms to hunt if you just ask. Around Morgan & Fentress counties.

    i know we have 4 people on are lease and it was 250$ a person for 148ac and now we have 50 more acres about 8 mins away and now we all pay 300$ for that which i think is pretty good. but 300$ a person for that much land is crazy good
