Gun season opens here in Minnesota on Saturday. My son asked if he could come down and film me this year. Deer were not moving during daylight during the youth hunt so he thinks the next time he is hunting is the second gun season. I am going to buy him a tag for the first season and if a nice buck comes in that I am not going to shoot since I think I am still only hunting 1 buck I am going to tell him to shoot it. I hope this works out because the look on his face should be priceless if he gets to shoot one when he thinks he is there only to film.
