Nope. Don't have a lucky glove, call or rabbit foot so can safely say a certain routine isn't going to happen hoping it brings me luck. Tim
odd numbers. I set my alarms at 8:01, 8:03 or 9:07 I do my workouts in odd number reps. 11, 9, 7, 13 etc and I do it an odd number of times. Same with my microwave timer. In one way it's OCD, in another it makes me do another repetition of workout when I go with odd numbers.
