    I agree, getting home safely is a good day, If lucky enough to harvest a nice doe or buck that is a blessing.

    I don't smoke at all, but I always have a pack of pall mall blues on me while I hunt. I burn one while I track the deer I shoot!

    No superstitious ritual, but I might make sure I'm totally in-tune with my bow or crossbow before heading out.

    I use Muzzy MX3 broadheads. No idea why, but in our little group of friends, only when you use a muzzy do you see the big deer.

    I always pull my bow back when when I get up in my tree. No idea why, just something I do everytime.
