I just got one of these climbing stands this year, and I have had a chance to try it out. (I used to use a summit) So far this thing has been great. Its different in the fact that its not a cable that wraps around the tree, but a metal bar (see pics on website). Seems like this is more sturdy, but it does add some bulk and weight. If you have to hump a mile or so into your area, then this may not be the stand for you (although it nests nicely and has nice straps). It is fully adjustable. You can sit facing the tree or with your back to it. The arm rest and front pad is fully adjustable with just a push of a button. (for bow hunting, you can get a model without a rest, or you can just take it off). The seat is ridiculously comfortable, which was huge for me after sitting on that canvas POS that my summit had. I like comfort in my tree stand, as it helps me sit still. I have back issues since my Corps days, so the cushier the better.

Anybody else use one of these?
