Brady will get 200 regular season wins next year and then fight Brees for one of the most coveted qb records in the nfl. He just set a playoff and sb record for yardage, so he still has it in him. The goat will be all in for 2 more years.
Brown's have 1st and 4th pick 1st round. Do you trade the 4th pick for a clutch QB proven in the superbowl and draft number one to compliment him?
Slow your roll. He had a great game today, however no team will give up the 4th pick for him. He is 29 years old. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
In his 5th or 6th year? Browns have the first and 4th pick, if they were smart they would attempt. Foles will be a holdout if the Eagles try to keep him as number 2.
you don't think a team that needs a QB would give up the 4th pick on a stud sub-30yo QB when dozens of teams have pissed away high draft picks on guys that are 100% unproven at the NFL level? I would. 10x over.
Have you ever smile this much on Monday morning?!! I’m happy for you guys! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Foles found some magic and put together 1 good game against the falcons and 2 great games against the vikings and pats but, he was a bench player for a reason. But, I still wouldn't give up even a 1st round pick for him.
Heck, they only flipped one car, pulled down a couple street light signals, and busted a couple windows. Only three arrests. That's being gentle for Philly fans!
Not going to lie. I'm butt hurt about the Eagles winning. Not sure why, but I hate them now more than the Packers. They are my new "most hated." I didn't feel this way after the Seahawks loss, but boy the Eagles chap my ass. Congrats on the win. No way in hell did I think they could have made it through the teams they did with Nick Foles. Who knows what you are getting with that guy... Throws 27 TD's and 2 INT and then tanks, then does this.
Jake if it makes you feel better consider this, the vikings lost to the team that won it all, you can argue that the vikings were as good as the Patriots in the tournament.
After sleeping and pondering about the game last night I've come to a few conclusions. 1. Pederson straight up out coached Belichick 2. The Eagle's are going to be good for a while. 3. Cory Clement's td probably should have been overturned, but the call on the last td was the right call. 4. I could see Gronk and Belichick both retiring. Maybe even Brady if Belichick does. 5, Foles will get a big pay day from someone but, will be nothing more than an Andy Dalton/Blake Bortles type at best.
I felt Doug pissed all over Bill's shoes when he showed how to execute a pass to the QB. There were some ballsy decisions by both coaches. Seems like we can't have a playoff game without a helmet to helmet hit. I do think it was not intentional, but there was intent to lay the wood to the receiver to hit with maximum impact, certainly part of the game but still when you see a player get knocked out it is hard to watch.
I disagree with your opinion on the Clement call. I saw his left foot drag before his toes came down out of bounds (you can see that ground up rubber flying up a foot inside the line on the shot from behind). I thought CC was pretty bad with his opinions on the reviews, but he sure did try to convince the audience. The Ertz TD was certainly a catch, but requires more interpretation of the rules I guess. Think they need to simplify the rules somehow, but not sure how. Matt Compound bow Carbon arrows Fixed broadheads
