DISCLAIMER....I am the biggest New England/Belichek/Tom Brady leg humper there is.... that being said Go Denver! Peyton Manning is a total class act, Has had an amazing season, and watching him play is something very special to see. It would be great to see peyton hoist the Lombardi trophy to seal the deal!
The actions of gamblers ( who they bet on and what spread must be put in place to find equilibrium) dictates the spread of the game, not odds makers. The smart money and big money won't bet until closer to game time and we know about injury reports, weather, etc.
I've been a Oakland fan since Howie Long and Jeff Hostetler.. Grew up with a bunch of Cowboy and Eagle fans. But I definitely don't want Denver to take it. Too many last minute Wanna be Bronc riders at work..
I saw a story on CBS about that during the divisional week. They said he's nerdy and they even leave him hanging on high 5's.
I understand that. The line was set though with Seattle as the favorite. Yes who is putting money where makes the line fluctuate. Probably jumped a few minutes after the bonehead post game interview and a lot of people became Denver fans lol(kidding... kind of). My point was...... Seattle is far from a long shot. The spread won't move a lot from where it is now. Harvin is likely to play so if anything it might get smaller. I think the closer it gets the more people will get on Seattle (especially if it gets to -3 Denver). It isn't getting any higher than that though. Again... pretty even matchup by the books.
I want to see the Seahawks take it. Russel Wilson is a deserving QB. He is also a second year started. I don't nessasarily care for Sherman however. Wilson and Lynch, thats who I want to see win it.
Your absolutely right NY.... I just said long shot due to the fact so many Denver fans seem to out weight Seattle routers... Bud choice of word usage...
