Here's the chili simmering.

 

Loaded venison nachos with guacomole
Venison and Elk summer sausage with cheese and crackers
meatballs
chicken tortilla soup
roasted red pepper hummus and pita chips

 

Chili with tortilla chips, wings, beer

 

Oh man can i come have some. that sounds great.

 

Making some venison sausage won tons here...mmmm mmmm

Friend is doing chili and some sort of a lobster dip. I was in charge of a dessert...made a turtle cheesecake, pretty excited about supper. Oh and beer...

 

We've got venison stuffed jalapenos in the oven right now...

Ingredients:
15 medium jalapenos
1 lb venison sausage
1 brick Philly cream cheese
16 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix venison sausage, Philly cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan cheese in a bowl
Cut jalapenos in half and scoop everything out (if you want them spicy, mix jalapeno seeds into venison mix)
Spoon mix into jalapenos halves
Cook 20 for minutes
Nice and easy (well, harvesting a deer is challenging)
