The camera was a GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition, set to take one pic every 10 seconds. I used Windows Movie Maker to put it together. On Movie maker it is set to show each photo for .10 of a second.

I am learning as I go. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get the whole photo to fill the screen without the black borders.

As you can figure, set to take 1 photo every 10 seconds and edited to only show each for .10 of a second, it takes 10 photos to make one second of video, that means a couple hours letting the camera sit and take photos
