    Alot of cleaning but MAN, does that look GOOOOOOD.

    My mom's husband is a huge crappie fisherman. I love it when it cooks it up too!

    Lol!! You ain't a kidding there!!!! Over the 4th I'm heading up to my dads In northern Mn. The walleye fishing up there Is pretty kick ass, can't wait to cook up some eye's and down some cocktails!!

    Yep, me and my daughter!! She'll be 2 years old July 17th, she ate them like It was her last meal. I must of done good!!:d

    What you got there for fish Caleb? Kind of a redish/pinkish looking meat.

    4 Lb Channel Cat, and a smaller one. We weren't gonna eat them that night until my brother hooked into him so we had to improvise with the charcoal grill. Still tasted great.

    Interesting, the thought of using doritos never crossed my mind. Ritz crackers are good too.

    What I used In this batch was-

    Flower
    Corn Meal
    Fry Magic
    Bread Crumbs
    Pepper
    Greek Seasoning

    Everything Is mixed up In a zip lock bag.
