Has anyone tried planting Sunn Hemp in spring as a cover crop for a fall planting?

Based on what i'm reading, i'm definitely interested in trying this, but have a couple questions:

    1. How much sun does Sunn Hemp need?
    2. How do you plant into this stuff without a drill? I would guess that i could mow it and mulch it up as best i can and then run a tiller through which is probably my only option since i don't own a drill, but looking for feedback. Sounds like keeping the mulch on the surface would have the best nutrient affects, but again, probably need a drill for the fall planting if i wanted to go that route and don't have one...

    THANKS!
