Replanted the other day. Looks like I might end up with 25 percent. The picture makes it look worse, but I have to admit I am dissapointed and will go further west about 30 yards next year.
I tried them for a visual screen 2 years ago. 1600 feet x 8 feet. Super till knee high and they were chomped to the dirt in 2 nights. EW now.
The plan was to dove hunt here opening weekend. They were there last year without sunflowers, who knows though. What would work well to plant in that spot next year?
