    Replanted the other day. Looks like I might end up with 25 percent. The picture makes it look worse, but I have to admit I am dissapointed and will go further west about 30 yards next year.:rant:

    I tried them for a visual screen 2 years ago. 1600 feet x 8 feet. Super till knee high and they were chomped to the dirt in 2 nights. EW now.

    It sure hasn't been easy the last 2 years. Drought, then flood. Up for 2014: Locusts.

    Lots of water there man...as for the sunflowers the deer here LOVE those things!

    The plan was to dove hunt here opening weekend. They were there last year without sunflowers, who knows though. What would work well to plant in that spot next year?
