Has anyone here ever hunted with Sunfish Valley Whitetails in Ohio. Everything I've read so far is positive but I've never been on a pay hunt before and I'm just trying to cover all the bases. Thanks in advance.

    Blessings.....Pastorjim

Never hunted there but have seen some of the pics he post and OMG he has some giants on his land. The one buck he has is well in the 200's and is still alive I believe

My cousin went there this year during october. Of course when he went there they had crappy weather almost the whole week. But he did see some deer and a few nice bucks. I plan on going there next year if i can afford it. Overall it sounds like a legitimate place.

Caleb, This is in no way a high fence operation. This group owns 15,000 acres in Ohio of which 10,000 is set aside for bowhunting only. In the past they have done fully guided hunts for around $3000 and semi-guided for $1000. I did notice on their website that the semi-guided hunts are not listed for 2013 so I don't know if they are discontinuing them or what. I have researched this place calling every reference listed and no one has a negative thing to say about them, even the guys who were unsuccessful. I have personally spoke with the owner and exchanged numerous emails with him. As far as I can tell this is a first class operation ran by first class people. If they are still offering the the self-guided hunts next year, I plan on being there.

    Blessings.......Pastorjim

If you go please do an in depth report for us all. I can't afford the multi-thousand dollar hunts but that sounds affordable if planned a head of time a few years!
