When I was 14 I got sunburned so bad that each of my shoulders had a giant blister on them. Kept cracking and bleeding while it healed. Not good.

Yes, numerous times. I was too cool for sunblock when I was younger and spent a lot of time on the water.

If they are foul smelling creamy whitish puss filled they could be zits and I recommend you go see a doctor.

I've always used aloe gel stored in the fridge after being out in the sun, it's always helped my skin heal faster. good luck man!

I've had two 2nd degree sunburns in my life. Both blistered my entire back. I'm sure I'll pay the piper sometime in my life due to it.

Ha ha ha! You white people! :)

(not that there aren't parts of me that are so pasty that I'd fry to crisp if they were exposed....)
But I do have to try harder than most people to actually burn.

yeah, when I was out of the Corps in the late 90's I owned and ran a dive shop in So Florida... Spent many weekends on a boat from sun up to sun down. Have had blisters on my head, ears etc.

Then dad died from melanoma...and I have crap dug out every 6 months at the skin doc.

I slather sun screen on the kids and keep em out of the sun as much as possible.

    Hope you heal up quickly.

    nope not here! =-)

but did get frostbite last year, in May! ripped my hammy off the bone way up in Northern WI. no doc's office near so i called mine. he asked how much beer i had handy, told me to drink a few fast and ice it. didnt have ice so used one of those frozen hard cooler packs and an ace bandage. my dumb A$$ fell asleep/passed out (beer & pain) for 6hrs with that on my hammy. woke up and PEELED it off my hammy along with about 2-3 layers of skin. doc said 4th degree burns but i'll bet more like 2nd or 3rd hammy will be scarred for life. (looks like Gorbachev's head) had to drive home 4hrs with all with my left foot

Be careful with that stuff!! That's what causes melanoma. Bad sunburns are the worst and trust me Ive had my fair share but my mom had a melanoma removed about 15 yrs ago and since then shes been a stickler about sunscreen. Where it and use it often. Its not worth cancer. Good luck hope it heals up soon!

this was before all the skin fell off! what you see missing was the initial blisters that tore off. then my entire leg went black/blue/purple from cheek down to my foot. i've torn my entire knee up, shattered the other leg from the knee down and this by far was the worst pain!
