I went into the proshop today and bought a hoyt crx. Now i just need to put on all the goods.I think im gonna go with a tight spot for the quiver. Im not sure about a rest and sight. I have heard alot of good about the qad drop away rests but would like some input. The shop recommended spothogg sights. I saw a few that I liked. Spot hogg, blackgold, and axcel. They had some hha but that looked more like a competition sight than a hunting sight. Any input is appreciated.

I have a qad hunter on my old FX, it has been flawless. A guy I work with has one on his superhawk and he hasn't had any issues with it either... PLEASE NOTE: If you do go with the QAD, it comes with 2 fork arm things... one of them is for hoyt bows.
Also, another guy I work with has a ripcord code red and he loves it.
I got a ripcord to go on the z7x but that won't be until yesterday.

As far as sights. I got a brand new G5 rock sight. It's a little on the cheaper side but i like it. I got the .010 pins and a light is pretty much necessary, and you better have good vision. I was also looking at the axion products, they looked really nice.

The quiver I got was a Mathews spider, so it wouldn't really apply. I like the looks of the octane though.

Apache drop away you wont be disappointed. So many good sight out there. I bought the truglo xtreme last season and so far very impressed. Pins are bright, tooless adjustment, and come with a light that you wont need because the pins stay bright even after shooting time.

I have a Ripcord, and I like it a lot. The only downside (if it is even a downside), is that it drops when you let down even without shooting.

For a sight, I use a Viper sight. I love it

I LOVE my Shaffer rests. Get a Shaffer Tec drop-away and you'll thank me later. I have Shaffer Tec and Universal rests on a couple bows, and would take one of them over about anything out there.

As for a Sight, there are so many choices, it's a tough call and more personal than anything I think sometimes....I know for me I like .019 pins on whatever sight I'm shooting, and a larger housing, but I know other guys who like the smaller housing and tiny .010 pins.

IMO the best drop away arrow rests are as follows:

    1. Vapor Trail Limb Driver (either Pro series or new Full Capture Pro V)

    2. Ripcord Code Red

Spot Hogg & HHA are both good choices but you might want to take a look at Viper also.

    QAD ultra rest
Spot Hogg- real deal or SDP

They are well built and haven't had any issues with them.

I just bought a crx32 a month ago. I got the 3 arrow fuse quiver qad ultra rest and trophy ridge five pin punisher I have my bow set on 67 lbs at a 28 inch dra I only have 3 pins to 60 yards I love my qad but you will have to shoot odd fletch up because it will catch on the bottom of the rest it took me a while before I figured it out. The bow is amazing and so is everything else on it. I'm going to try to post pics of it when I go to my dads if I rember to. I can't put them up on my phone
