All you need is a good fletching jig (Bitz), some vanes, and some good fletching glue (AAE FastSet Gel). You're in business.

You can find a good used Bitzenburger for about $50, It's well worth it. All metal, high quality.

I've heard good things about the NAP Quickfletch if you want to go that route. I personally prefer to take the times to fletch my own. I have a Bitzenburger jig. All you need is the jig, vanes (or feathers), a wrap (if you prefer) and glue.
