Been using 2 blade magnus stinger for the last 5 yrs, no complaints yet. I've used 3 blade muzzy and Rocky Mountain(not sure which model) in the past with good results

If you are setting yours boys up too I would look at Muzzy or Thunderheads or go to a head you can resharpen like Magnus. All good heads and won't break the bank.

I was going to suggest muzzys but you have already tried them. Thunder heads are reasonable and i have had great luck with them.

Slick Tricks are my choice, they just fly great. Muzzy's flew ok for me, plenty accurate enough at most hunting distances but the groups are larger and they're more affected by wind. I've been looking at the Muzzy phantom mx, they look pretty good but I haven't tried them yet. I still prefer the Slick Tricks but I like to carry a couple of COC heads just in case a 400 pound hog walks by.

Tricks for the past 3 yrs. for me. 100 mags. Practice w/ field tip...unscrew point...screw on Trick...ready to hunt...no tuning necessary!!! Seriously though, try a few. If you ask 20 people you'll probably get 8-10 different picks. Alot of solid heads on the market...most will get the job done with a correctly placed shot. Pick what YOU feel most confident with:d

I have no complaints with Muzzy at all. I switched because I wanted to try something different. I tinker with stuff waaaay too much.:d What about Wasp BH's? I looked at some over the weekend, seemed to be a solid head.

Wasps were the BH's I was using before I went to Tricks, but I was using the larger 3 blade. Pretty durable but for my setup they flew nothing like FP's. Did not try any of the other Wasps.

If you don't mind sharpening your own, Snuffers would be my choice. It's part of my pre hunt routine, gets me all worked up. Thunderheads, Muzzy, and Slick Tricks if your the replaceable blade type.

Slick Trick or magnus... I'm out on the muzzys. they have 5 individual piece or 6 (for a 4 blade) Slick tricks have 3. I like less pieces. Blades are thicker, ferrule is one piece and they fly great. No comparison in my mind.
