I've been playing around with the premier pro trial and it's about to run out and I keep trying to decide if want to do the subscription to it or not. Does anyone use this that can shed a little light on how it all works. Does it only work for one program or can ya use some of the others offered too. Been looking around the site but either I'm not picking up what they're saying or can't find the info.

    Thanks in advance

I just subscribed to it last night. I haven't nearly figured out all the neat features yet but trying to learn from YouTube tutorials. I work for a school so the subscription is cheaper and was a deal I couldn't pass up.

You can subscribe to a single program, or bundle them together. I'd already have the entire suite but my old laptop can't quiet handle it. So, I'll continue using CS4.

Thanks guys, like said I've been using the trial for awhile but like Ferg said it's got a lot of bells and whistles. I actually didn't find it too bad but it basically the first editing program I've used.

I saw one option where it's a monthly thing I think for the cloud thing but how does like work if you let it expire. Does it stop the program all together?

i believe (not sure so don't quote me) when you do the monthly option, every time you open the program, it checks your license to make sure it is still active.

That's correct! I use it on and off. I find that it's totally worth it! Once you get the hang of it, you'll never want to go back! The best part for me is being able to seamlessly edit audio and clips without having to re-render or conform the whole file!

That's kinda what I wondered. I would probably find myself using it more in the fall and spring. So basically you just pay for it when you want to use it.

Thanks again everybody. Just the little playing around I did do with it I didn't think was too bad. I'm sure I didn't use the full potential of the program but I found the basic things were fairly easy once ya get used to them. Once get everything figured out I'm sure it's surprising what all can be done.
