Here's a little video that'll show form and ability. I never have figured out the back tension thing, let me know what you see here.

That's what I try to do as well Jeff (bolded out part). Whether I'm using BT or not I haven't a clue. This BT stuff really confuses me, I think I'll just leave It alone and not worry about and not mess up whats been working for me. Another thing too that I decided to give up on Is holding my recurve back for an extended amount of time. I've always been one to hit my anchor point and let It go a second or so later. Lately I've been trying to hold It back longer but my arrows tend to go In every direction when I do that, not near as consistent that's for sure. I'd love to hold It back longer but everyone has their style right or wrong I guess and as long as It works that's what matters.

I was going to order that DVD Jeff that you got but have decided against It. I'm afraid It's going to mess up everything I've learned and the style I've shot with and gotten use to over the past 14 years.

I understand what your saying Jeff. I guess In reality I could care less about target archery. As long as my hunting Is going as It should that's what means the most to me. If I was all about target archery or just starting out shooting a traditional bow, I'd look Into this stuff more.
