I got an older 3d target from the in laws and every time my arrow is a pain to get out. I was wondering if anyone has any tricks or do you put something in ur target to make it easier to pull out. Thanks

Wipe your arrows down with armoral let it dry and it will be way easier to pull your arrows.

Use a silicone spray on your arrows. A lot of the new smaller diameter arrows combined with the speeds of the new bows, make the arrows heat up the materials the target is made of and they lock together. There are "arrow pullers" that help somewhat too.

I have an old one thst I use at my house.... same issue.... u just shoot a practice rage head on my arrows when I shiot it. They pull right out then because it makes the entry hole slightly bigger than the shaft. But it will work with any kind of practice broadhead

Give it a quick clockwise twist before pulling and twist clockwise while pulling.

I have 3 older targets and have the same problem...I bought the Allen "Fat Belly" field tips from Wal-Mart & they were SO much easier to pull. They make a little bigger hole, making requiring less force to pull out.
