    Think he was refering to the folks who say how "Dan" teaser threads are, but I could be mistaken. Or perhaps he was refering to it possibly being a questionable hit??

    I just want Dwayne to find his deer.... oh and get some points for my team :evilgrin:

    apparently Dan types faster than I ...

    I disagree .... I have never seen a thread that was started like this go bad .... now if you throw in the "I wasn't sure of the hit and I followed the scant blood and kicked it up, etc" ... those are the ones that go bad ... at least that is my perception.....

    Disagree all you want. But the fact is, the original post had some ingredients to turn the thread a different way.....if it was a new poster. It also had one ingredient that saves the OP, he waited until morning to look.

    Now, I don't want Dwayne to take my posts the wrong way. I really hope he finds his deer and am not saying anything bad about him at all. Again, just making an observation.

    I wouldn't really consider this to be a teaser thread. We all know who the original poster is. The "Dan" threads are when we get all the guys posting that, "I know who killed a big buck and you guys don't!" lol.

    Just spoke with Dwayne (Sam), he said he had to cut his search short this morning as he received a call that his grandmother had passed away. The land owner was going to look for the deer. He wanted you guys to have an update.
