Anyone on here shoot this bow? Thinking about getting one. If you got one how do you like it?

I got mine about a month ago and love it. I shot my mule deer at 45 yards quartering away and got a pass through. It's a very nice, smooth and quiet bow to shoot. The draw is a little tough, and if you creep up a bit it pulls hard, but it is a speed bow so that is to be expected. My bro shoots a destroyer 350 and I personally prefer my strother to his bow. It is a little quieter and a little smoother draw than his bow.

Thanks, thinking about either getting this or the PSE Evo in the next couple months, leaning toward the strother though.

In all honestly, for a speed bow, the Strother is the smoothest and quietest bow I have shot or seen be shot. The finish on the bows isn't as nice as the invelvet on the bowtechs, but still aren't bad. If you have anymore questions just let me know. I searched hard before buying it and I know how hard it is to get good reviews on them. Depending on your budget you might want to hold off and check out the new bows for this year. Supposedly bowtech is coming out with a smoother/quieter bow comparable to the destroyer. The designer of the SR-71 (Kevin Strother) has new bows coming out for his own company, K&K Archery. He has a vengeance which is 343-347 IBO depending on what mods, 7" brace height and draws smoother than the SR-71 but is just as quiet and shock free. The K&K retails for around $740 or so.

Thanks for all the help, I'll check out the ones you mentioned, seems like the SR-71 is a nice bow though from what you tell me and from the other reviews i've heard, thanks again.

Very cool looking bow, but the Vanquish would probably be my choice.

The K&K Vengeance doesn't sound too bad not too many made though considering i'm a lefty. I think they made 500 with 7% being lefthanded.

They are making 1000 vengeance. Don't remember the numbers foreft handed bows. My dad shot my sr71 and wants to buy it of of me. I let a buddy shoot my sr71 and he now wants one but is ordering a vengeance. I think I'm placing a order for a vengeance as well. Can't beat the reaper buck camo.

I'd second the Vanquish. Right now, if I were to need a new bow, that is the one.

This is reaper buck, which is what me and my buddy are getting. I'm getting a black riser with reaper limbs and my buddy is getting all reaper. You can get reaper but it wont be ready for a month or 2 later as there is a wait time to get the reaper buck film for dipping.

I'd like to see the buck reaper on a bow. I like the Next Vista might go with that.

That is the nice thing with the K&K bows, they have a bunch of good camo options.

If it shoots like the Sr-71 but draws a little smoother and given it has a extra inch of brace height you will love it. I'm pumped to get mine, but with the reaper camo I'll have to read about how much everyone loves their new bow before I can test mine out. Have you seen the predator camo on the SR-71? It would be my second pick.
