What kind of string are you guys shooting on your bows??? I'm trying out some different stuff this time around. I'm having bearbowman twist me up a B-50 for my Whisperstik. He says its the quietest stuff their is so we'll see!

Last fall I did. I'm going on my 4th string In 14 years. I'm very uneducated when It comes to strings, never really went down that road much.

Right In the middle of the rut last year. I was pissed but I had a back up, I actually thought I blew my bow up!! I'm going on my 4th string In 14 years. I'm very uneducated when It comes to strings, never really went down that road much.

If my longbow is made for it, I will only use DF97, it is noticeable the quietest compared to Dacron. For some reason though some recurves like Dacron a little better because of the string slap, not all though. And if you put a little moleskin on the belly side where the string makes contact, it'll take care of it. I have not used enough other FF material other then DF97 to make comment.

My longbow has an endless loop that's fast flight.

My recurve has a dacron flemish style from my bow shop.

My 2 vintage 'curves have 3 rivers archery standard strings.
