Bill at my traditional shop told me I didnt need to unstring my recurve if I was shooting it regularly, every day or every other day. But I didnt ask him about longbows. Now that I have a Longbow should I string it daily even if I am gonna shoot it every day or at least every other day?
As long as it is being shot daily or every other day no need to unstring it. But if your not going to be shooting it for a few days then unstring it.
