I had a new string put on in mid June. I was shooting really good groups out to 60 yards. After about 200 arrows I noticed that my D-loop had slid up the string, so I took it back to the bow shop and they tied a new one on. I got home and within 20 arrows my D-loop was pinching my arrow and pulling it up off the rest, so back to the bow shop I went... Since all of this my groupings have really went south, I've even missed my target at 60 yards recently. I started looking over my bow and when it's at full draw the string has some curves in it. Any suggestions? Is it a bad string or do my cables need to be adjusted? Thanks, Riley
It sounds like the serving is not put on very well. Or they didn't tighten the D-loop enough. My proshop puts the d loop on the DW scale and pulls it down after he tightens it with pliers.
