I got new limbs and Winners Choice Strings put on my bow a little over a month ago, brought it home, sighted it in to a dime 20-30-40 yards and haven't shot it since due to a hectic work schedule. After checking cams today and getting excited, I shot and found that I am low 3-4 inches. I am wondering if a little stretching / wearing in of the strings or limbs could have caused this.

What string material is it? If it is 452X or Trophy then no I don't believe its that or even X but 8190 maybe. Check your peep to see if its moved. Draw level and see if its in the right position.

Recheck the bow timing and specs to see if anything moved. The rest could have move or even the dloop or peep could have slid as well.

I think I will just carry it back to the pro shop one day this week because my peep is also twisting and the arrow is lifting off of the rest when I draw. Also, I got the 8190 strings Hutch N Son

    BigPhil,
8190 does have creep and stretch most likely it has moved some and needs to be reset. If it is built well this should be your last time for getting it set for some time. Oh and the arrow lifting is a too tight nock fit.
