What string stop does everyone use? Do you use multiple? Is there a brand that sticks out more than others or does it matter? Would anyone not recommend a string stop? Sorry for multiple questions...

I put one on Kristines and it works great! I had toput a forward mount one on her Diamond. I went with the fuse and couldn't be happier.

I'm not being a smartass (cuz when it comes to new gear I'm kind of a dumbass) but do you mean silencers? I've never heard of using multiple string stoppers. If there are such things please enlighten me.

And I've seen some that drop down from the limbs as well, as opposed to coming straight back from the riser. I believe Mathews does this if I'm not mistaken.

The whole ideas it to reduce noise by stopping string vibration. Adding one will help a lot. If your bow doesn't have one, I do not believe you'll be able to add more than one. As stated, Bear typically has two installed on their bows and up til this year with the Creed, Mathews has had additional stops mounted @ the top & bottom, from the limbs. Those aren't something that you'd retrofit to a bow though.
