I am looking into putting new string silencers on my bow and have no clue as to which ones to buy. I don't want to have to take my string off to do it though. I just got my peep straightened out. I like the Bowjax but looks like you have to remove the string to install them. I also really like the T.R.U. Ball Spyder Speed Silencer. Which ones would you guys suggest or is a string dampener just a string dampener?

Tie in some cat whiskers , when you take them out of the package rip one sheet in half long ways , then cut the one ripped piece in half width wise to make 2 , then fold each one in thirds then wrap it around the shooting string and tie them on with serving , when you cut them open and fray them out they will be only the size of a quarter and they work pretty darn good and dont look all big and fluffy . plus you will end up with about 8 sets for about $3.00
