I'm very new to archery hunting, just 2 years. I took my bow in (an older Jennings) to have the string and cable replaced. I was told tuning is included in the cost. First question is what is involved in the tuning? Second question is do they tune it to me? From little I know about it it is unique to the shooter I thought.
Paper tuned, cam timing, set your draw length. your better off having them walk you threw the tune you'll shot differently than they will. be honest depending on the person who does it.
That's a question you'll need to ask the shop. Everyone has a different idea on what 'tuning' actually is. One guy eyeballs everything while the next guys uses a shooting machine, yoke tune, etc and takes way to time to make sure everything is perfect.
