Anyone sick already of hearing about Strasburg TV? He did well his first MLB debut, but that's only 1 outing! If he gets it done the next 5 starts then we have something here.
I don't know what we should use to gauge him, but I was and still am impressed with his debut. Hell of a lot of hype and pressure and he got it done. Could he tank the next ten starts? Sure, but I don't think it's likely. Pitchers don't just get lucky to move through the minor league system at the speed he did.
Many thought he was over hyped and he still exceeded expectations. Great first start, I wish him well.
