I've grown fond of sushi over the last year. It's super popular here.

Is sushi still considered weird/strange? Sushi joints are everywhere and always packed around here.

Still do this to this day on backcountry trips. Super high caloric intake for the ounces you pack in.

I too have done this since I was a little kid.

I'm not sure of strange foods I eat. I love trying weird things (had a rattlesnake and pheasant hotdog in Colorado this summer), but don't really have a weird food I eat on a go to basis.

Stingray is delicious and one of the main reasons I miss bowfishing.

It's not a grilled cheese. It's a cheese sandwich with toast instead of regular bread. No grilling involved. Either way there is no mayo, it's peanut butter, which tastes awesome.

I'll bet that's what the inside of your arteries look like by the time you're 40 !

I'm going to have to try the ramen noodle thing. Sounds tasty.

guessing you pan fry the sandwich; which as everyone knows makes it a grilled cheese.
What I was saying is weird is the people that you say think that you're weird for substituting peanut butter for mayo. I've never heard of mayo on a grilled cheese, and it sounds hideous. I've also never heard of peanut butter on one either, but that sounds pretty good. I do like me some peanut butter cheese crackers, which would be similar.

Sadly, grilled PBJ is nasty. It sounds awesome, but never tastes quite right, no matter what kind of jelly.

That's awesome. I used to do the same thing, except I didn't crush mine up. I would just leave the noodles in a block and sprinkle the seasoning on it and bite into it.
